cairo-5c software package provides nickle bindings for the cairo graphics library, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cairo-5c
cairo-5c is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cairo-5c package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cairo-5c *
You will get with cairo-5c package name, version, architecture and description in a table
